I'm primarily looking for:1) Solid Price/Rent ratios2) Low vacancy / and low turnover areas3) Municipalities that are landlord friendly than tenant friendly4) Positive socio demographics & positive job outlook  

Sounds like this borrower has some mindset/outlook things to work on, but that will come with experience!

The index inched higher for the fourth consecutive month, demonstrating the upbeat outlook in the construction industry.

I also pay people to put our door hangers and flyers out looking for deals would that be illegal.

My understanding is this space although sometimes milliseconds.

The property needs work, and the outlook on this deal isn't looking too good.

Maybe you can give me a real estate investor's outlook as it pertains to South or Central Florida.
