@Leandrew Jones Jr. what areas of Florida are you looking to break into...close by like the Panhandle or looking to go to more metro areas like Jacksonville, Central Florida, etc...??

As an investor in Florida, Jacksonville is a massive area for those types of houses.

I know it was easy in Jacksonville,FL when was buying there a couple years ago ..while at the same time the L.A market was strong. 

I grew up in Jacksonville, live in Greensboro, and plan on retiring in Wilmington.

I have a friend that works for a company in I think its Jacksonville and they do computer modeling for banks that is very cutting edge to take their portfolios and give data on how many will default over time so the banks and servicers can get ahead and know which loans are at risk and move them out of the portfolio..

Isn't there an area near Jacksonville where you easily could do a BRRRR slightly cheaper?
