Will plant about 200 fruit trees while we are down there. 

This includes all furniture, all linens, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, wall hangings, fake flowers/plants, lamps, and the first "batch" of supplies like soap, TP, paper towel, etc.

I know after 5-10 years, they’ll all most likely look like home runs, so I’m ok planting my trees today and waiting for them to grow into something big over time.

The house is on 1/4 acre which I assume would require it to have a wastewater treatment plant.

First let me say I live in another city but am in absolute love with Detroit (I’ve been many times) and its communities and want to plant roots.
