I'm new to this site, but have been renting houses out for over ten years.  I do all my own maintenance and remodels.  Now I'm looking to get in other areas such as rehabs, flipping, and wholesaling.  I'm also looking for ways to cut the bank out because I'm tired of dealing with them.
