This property which is located where I currently live (Ohio), but my wife has gotten a job in Southeast Jacksonville as a elementary teacher and we are considering the move.I've done a little research about investing in Jacksonville and it appears it is much tougher then my home town which is a small town.I plan on keeping my rental property and I'll enlist a few people to perform property management.I'm finishing my Associates Degree in Business Management and will be starting my Bachelors soon.
