FHA GUIDELINES

Hi all!

I'm new to BP and have throughly enjoyed reading the various forums. I've learned a lot so far and I am excited to learn even more!

I do have a question concerning the FHA guideline changes that will be occurring in the next few months. I read that currently FHA loans don't include your student loan debt if your student loans are in deferment for 12 months or more but with the guideline changes coming up in the next couple of months...student loan debt will be included. Is this true? And does anyone know when the new guidelines will take effect? I read June14, 2015 but I also read September 14, 2015.

Thanks!
