Buying profitable OOS rentals is easy, yes, but no where near as easy as you're thinking and if you're not regularly driven to drink by the frustration of competition then you're not trying to buy anything worth competing over. 

I'll be in Winnipeg on the 14th of this month, maybe we can meet up and have a drink or something. 

But either way not going to change unless the states really start enforcing the laws of the land.. so to that end this practice will continue un abated and some who get turned in will get fined and cease and desist kind of like getting a drunk driving.. many get them and still drink and drive ..  

My office is on the first floor - this conference room is on the 3rd floor and used by the entire office building.I've used it before for casual meetings and it's great since there won't ever be a seating issue or any noise issues like a public establishment could have - plus there won't be any business owners "expecting" us to buy food or drinks while we are using their conference room.If anything, we can try it out once and if we don't like it - no biggie and we can go somewhere else.Friday for me before 2 pm are good.

I'd be interested in grabbing a meal/coffee/drinks at some point (In addition to hopefully seeing you at the meeting) when you are here.

It is still law here that if someone knocks on your door and asks for a drink of water or wants to use the toilet you can not refuse them.

For example, if your tenant sleeps until 10:30 and drinks beer that is none of your business.

As much as I enjoyed making drinks to those who wanted to relax after a hard day of work or just wanted to chat with their loved ones, I didn't want to do it forever. 

They offer comfy seats, food and drink while you watch.So this is a long way of saying look for investments related to new entertainment trends and I think you will find great investments.
