Hey everyone. My name is Troy and I'm kinda new to bigger pockets. My business partner and I are looking to make some new REI friends, work hard, make some deals, and change our lives. I am a mathematician and I love numbers. Bring on those estimated cost. Lol. I have read a lot of books on REI and even bought some semi useless guru programs. I also had my real estate license a while back. I would like to say that I have a lot of REI knowledge, but after reading some of the post and e-books on bigger pockets, I'm sure there is a lot more to learn. My partner and I are both restaurant managers, which just means we are over worked and under paid. Hope to hear from a bunch of future friends and colleagues soon. Thanks, sincerely Troy J. and Mike P. in Baltimore, MD area
