And so on with letters that are touching or close in proximity.This will not help with the merged data however in comparison there is far less of that text as in the body and closing of the letter. 

Body language, facial features, & tone of voice will help get a sense of what the person you're talking to is really feeling. 

We use the vanity number logo in the return address on our post cards but still use local numbers in the body/message.

@Brent Coombs  it absolutely goes to intent and business practice's and a body of work.If someone is doing unlicesend activity the regulators are going to look for how many, how often, advertising to the public,, etc etc... they call it a Scheme 

The body of the ad states they have an assignable contract they want to sell.

Yes I would definitely recommend you include a picture or two of the exterior of the property within the body of the letter.

It's because of the higher percentage of short haul, domestic flights as opposed to wide body, long haul international flights from other hub/gateway airports.
