Sending Pictures of Distressed Property
Recently I have been driving for dollars in my local area and came across several vacant and run down properties in decent areas. I looked up the owners on the county tax appraisal district website and they live out of town or out of state. When sending mailers to the owners it is typically to send pictures of the property to show the bad shape the property is in? Has anyone tracked responses to know if adding pictures makes a real difference? I am leaning toward taking and sending pictures.
