Can someone recommend hard money lenders in Northern VA (Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William Counties)

I grew up in Prince George, VA and went to college in Ashland, VA so I'm quite familiar with Richmond and the surrounding areas.  

I just checked the MLS and there are currently 55 properties in the cities of VB, Norf, Ches & Ports that list some sort of owner financing as an option.

Lavilla, Punta Gorda & Deedra, Port Charlotte. 

Will likely be turning heads in the next couple of years with its growing port and connection to the eagleford shale.South Texas / Rio Grande Valley / Texas-Mexico border = international trade and business abounds here.

I have been looking into building with shipping containers for awhile... this would be perfect for a port city like Boston.
