A few years later and I am back in the game with a new outlook on my investment goals and a brand new set of skills and a deeper knowledge base to keep me on track.

I would like to get some talks on the market in Colorado and if there are thoughts on in state vs. out of state investing and the outlook on the next 2-3 years.I see a lot of talk about the top markets throughout the states but not much on Colorado. 

Make sure to expand your outlook, banks aren't the only sources of money, just be sure you're not rushing into unfavorable terms because you're excited about the process!

They sent me the Investor Decks with a 10 year outlook.

It is in human nature to not wanting to believe in unpleasant outlooks - take the 2007 crash.

What is the economic outlook there for the next few years?  

I'm open to refine and change my outlook - I just don't know what I don't know :) I have financing secured in Colorado but nowhere else so I need to find a commercial lender anywhere I go if I am to leverage.

Maybe you can give me a real estate investor's outlook as it pertains to South or Central Florida.

We're still optimistic in the long term outlook of the investment and we're doing everything we can to ensure a successful venture for everyone. 

What I am saying is to know the law, most cities are against bandit signs, but a lot of the enforcement is not done off hours (after 5 PM) or weekends - which is when most people are out looking for homes anyway.
