Post cards, and letters do work but I am looking for a different approach than other real estate investors and brokers to lure in new prospects.

Plenty of videos on how to create yellow letters or post cards and mail them yourself.

Depending on the appraisal district, they usually show the mailing address for the owner, so you want to key-in on the ones that have a different mailing address.Also, there are services that mail postcards, yellow letters, etc., that have databases you can access.

I wanted to see if someone can refer me to some good software that can help me schedule my direct mail postcards?
