There are many investors that do much greater volume than myself, so I was not trying to sound like I was all that and a bag of chips.  20 flips is a very large volume for almost anyone, unless your in the turn key space or vertically integrated if this is just you and your wife then I for one am Damn impressed I know how hard this end of the business is..
