My opinion would be to have a base colour overall and use a complimentary or contrasting colour to highlight trim (adding some trim - Jim might have some ideas on where and what - will definitively give your building more presence.The entrance looks quite flimsy and cheap so could probably do with some beefing up of the supports to become more welcoming.  

The main purpose is to highlight the professional skills and serve as a tool to promote business.

To keep this example as simple as possible because it is being made to highlight a point and is not an actual set of numbers.

I have done some light staging in other rooms, e.g. living room, kitchen, bathrooms, to highlight other features (see pics).

I think this small correction highlights exactly why REI makes sense.  

A Realtor who is active in their market and areas should know things from demographics to price points to market appreciation and other valuable information, and if they do not off of the top of their heads, they can easily access that information or find someone right away in their network who does.That is briefly some of the highlights of what advantages there are, but keep and mind that there are more and others can jump in and add to this start.
