They don't give a s**t about the landlord, you or the prior one, and wouldn't give you a dime to help you financially if you were in need.

It has left me with a bad taste, and I cringe at the thought of giving her another dime of my money to act in such a way. 

If so, it would be stepping over dollars to pick up dimes if you did not have the same agent sell it.

You'd need to find people in a motel on the insurance companies dime and convince them to stay with you.This is not a practical business model. 

You might also spend all that time and money marketing the property and not even end up selling it, never making a dime. 

Don't ask for a remodeling job and then try to nickel and dime him on each individual aspect of the contract.

It's a freight train, Fed applies the "rate" breaks but it does not stop on a dime, it's has momentum that carries it and has to be depleted, which takes time, wave cycles to wash through system. 

I'm able to make that a non-issue if it comes up by showing the other benefits of working with me, such as staging on my dime. 

I'm primarily looking for PM who can fill units quickly with qualified tenants, and who don't nickel and dime me to death with every little thing, and actually spend time on my properties once in a while to ensure they are in good shape.  

Don't drop dollars chasing dimes.
