I am a real estate agent with a year of experience in multi family,I may now have the opportunity to sell an automotive body shopthat will most likely be a re development or infill development,I am un experienced in this sector, can I outline what I have done so far and tell me what other issues I should be thinking about ?

Piggy back on to developments that have a history of getting their way with state government..More immune  elitism and to politics, we have our fantastic and forgiving inner city tearing down old obsolete junk and then building new with all the endless benefits and services of higher density urban life.

This is fine if you plan to live on the $100/door, but if your goal is to immunize yourself from inflation risk owning these properties is sub-optimal.

You will need to write the ad differently...the title and the body to help keep this from happening. 

I don't have any real rehab skills myself, I am an able bodied guy, and can learn, but I have no real skills at this time.After Thanksgiving I am looking for the quickest way possible to put 5k in my hands to breath for 2 months, followed by 10k, 20k, and then focus on regular passive income and continual flips.

But no large body of water nearby, which would be important to families, probably less so for couples.
