I have recently found a property in Montana that I believe would make a great candidate for a fix and flip.

I can't say much about renting or selling yet, since I've just started on the buy side; but from what I've seen some nice houses selling for, there seem to be opportunities for profit. 

I’ve just about tapped Austin and Orlando and looking back closer to my roots.

I saw a video where Brandon did an example rental analysis, and I've just been using the numbers that he used.

I've just finished sending out my first 2000 yellow letters (500 per week for 4 weeks). 

I've just started looking into commercial short sales and am researching the the different tools I'll need to succeed.Thanks for the input.

I've recently found myself searching for my next wholesale on Craigslist, however when i find a property that appears to have some potential, i don't know what questions to ask the seller...especially not on CL because i'm also not 100% sure if i'm speaking with the ACTUAL seller either. 

I've just checked and I'm disqualified for both.

And since I’ve just finished one this year, and I still have another full time job, I’m not planning on doing another’s rehab next year. ( just being laid back lol)
