The geographic landscape of our neighborhoods are quite diverse and change a lot, block by block.

To answer your question generally I would say that you should select areas where there is diverse employment and you can future proof things a bit by ensuring that some amount of the employment is in industries like technology and life sciences.

These primarily looks like an African American community with not much diversity at the moment.

But I want some diversity in my overall investment strategy so it works for me.
