Hello, and thank you for reading!

My name is Kyle, I am in my mid-twenties, and I am new to the real estate investing world.  I am looking for the fastest way to retirement, and the only way I can do this is by generating CASH while I sleep.  What's better than that?!

Earlier this year, I made my first (and second) purchase. I bought a 4-family for a STEAL, and one month later, I bought my first SFH. I will be living in the SFH short-term, and I am flipping it into a rental as soon as possible. If you are curious about any of my deals, please reply - I am more than happy to share!

I am currently highly motivated and am looking to retire on CASHflow within the next 10 years.  I have a stretch goal to retire at 35, but I want to write it down everywhere and tell everyone about it - I feel it will help me reach my goals much easier!
