If the expenses are too high and I can't manipulate the numbers, I can sell the asset to a new owner (and they may get a homestead exemption) and I can go find another deal to invest in.Equity appreciation and rising rents relative to the long term rise in equity values is poor when considering inflation.This is market dependent.

This lets them know you will not be manipulated while they consider your offer and that they cannot BS you for 1 or 2 months and string you out before you file on them.Remember the protection act invalidates any leases by known third parties, under market rents, extremely long leases etc.

I like the company and I don't want to start a debate about gurus, but now that I haven't used the program, and I'm finding out that other financing options were available, I feel a bit like I was coerced, pressured, and not given all available options, so in that regard, I find it really unfair and manipulative.

Then, attempting to manipulate interests to obtain any overage paid can also be another issue if disclosure wasn't properly given to other lien holders, like the guy in 20th position who didn't show up because the interest foreclosed upon wasn't properly given, I claimed to have a $101,365.24 to foreclose on when in fact, I already had title in lieu of my debt.

Even with leaving school i still had a hard time finding work, even being forced to work in the Industrial Field having to go through Temp Services after Temp Services warehouse after warehouse so the Real Estate stuff was on the back burner for me for a little bit simply because my market my Network is so small and it was hard for me to find anybody to join me in doing what i wanted to do.
