Does anyone here know how much additional cost I am looking at by adding a climate control system to this project, and is climate control really necessary?

Mountain biking, hiking, climate, fishing, boating, peaceful mountains, etc...I hope to retire in an over 55 community in East Tennessee. 

And again this stuff right now in TODAYS climate is VERY MARKET dependent some markets the local experts are having a very hard time finding deals.. how are you going to compete with them. 

This is acceptable in mild climates like CA and makes maintenance easier (talk to your plumber).Laundry Room Wall: I don't love this aesthetically, but maybe I'm a snob.

The program has recently hired some eager inspectors who appear to suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorders; last year we "failed" the first inspection because the electric range did not have drip pans.

They look awesome, are good for warmer climates, wash up well and they hang on the bed great!

This is because the area has very high rents, and with travel nurses I have to pay for all utilities, including heat in a Northern climate, internet, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal.

One wat to reduce your risk is to check with the zoning office for the target location adn see wha the climate is in the Community.
