@Taz Patel I'm not a lawyer or insurance agent, but I am 98% sure there isn't any insurance that will help when a tenant sues or threatens to do so.

After they check Craigslist to see if they can find a better deal LOL.But, just FYI, if a tenant starts threatening that there are problems and hinting about suing - you should know, that a judge would look favorably on you giving them the option to move if they're not happy.
