I'm very biased towards wholesalers and may be wrong for bad talking just because I've had bad experiences...but in general I think it's safe to say most wholesalers aren't pitching great deals.

You might also see that the non-guest has some bills coming there, whether for cell phone, credit cards or utilities.What you missed was that this tenant was an employee in some kind of family operation (brother is his boss), so you have to perform income and employment verification using tax returns to get the un-biased story.
