Section-8, if it were mine I would seal off one window in he kitchen and add a lot more storage space.Space for brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, cleaners, and extra things they accumulate over time.I would also leave a hole in the cabinets to the right of the sink for a large garbage can to go under the counter top.Adding some kind of sealer inside the trash area (like Formica) makes cleanup easier on turns.Whats up with the refrigerator plug?

Are there enought resources to find a cleaner or Prop manager?

I see several folks recommending self-manage STRs remotely with reliable  team (handyman+ cleaners) to support operations.  

Have your cleaners clean the filter while they’re doing it.

Hello,I'm researching information on the process of attracting a national retail tenant on a 4 story brownstone in midtown Manhattan.It would be a ground floor commercial space, approximately 1,000 SF with a small outdoor area in the rear.The space is currently occupied by a dry cleaner.

I have that arrangement with my house cleaner.

It shocks me that they're in the business selling investment real estate and don't own any themselves.Experience does help.I would also say a great list of vendors also helps....carpet cleaners, roofers, painters, handymen, lenders, title companies, and 100 others.Who is best PM in town?

And cleaner/less messy should things go wrong or life circumstances change. 

I am looking for a handyman and a really good cleaner if anyone has any suggestions or references.
