You don't want to fall into the trap of offering a solid product that is 'just good', when you set people up to expect '5 star hotel' excellent.

But again our Escrow officers on the west coast that have 10 to 30 years experience they are rock stars.

That way, you can run ads targeting that persona and there's a good chance they'll have a decent time and leave a 5 star review. 

@Todd Dexheimer This is a wildly complex algorithm that would require a team to assemble...if you've got the formula down to figure this list out, you're a star...that said, it feels like an opinion or worse, you're pulling data from a public source to reach your list...which really doesn't help anyone.
