In addition to having a solid team of "boots on the ground" it is my firm belief that all long-distance investors need a strong community wherever they call home to support them and be a sounding board for their strategies and ideas.

I have a success story to share with you all, since I have learnt so much from this community and everyone here has been so helpful in my real estate journey.I started my journey about 1.5 years back, read a bunch of books, used to religiously listen to the Bigger Pockets podcast.

Like Apple product/direction/history or not who wouldnt like to team/support such clear adherence to their beliefs in giving the people what they want?  

I forgot to say thank you to @Joshua Dorkin, @Mindy Jensen, @Brandon Turner, @Scott Trench @Allison Leung and the entire BP team - getting too big for me to remember everyone (so I'm sorry for leaving anyone off).BiggerPockets was the brainchild of Josh and because of his efforts and belief, this community is amazing. 

It will not move if the common belief is that the bottom has not been reached and patience will be rewarded with bigger bargains.Right now it’s too early to say exactly what will happen.

More detailed response: my belief is that a) yes, you can write off 100% of the associated costs for the back house, and b) you can write off an appropriate percentage of things in the main house (which might get complicated - it's 2/3 of the house, but the space probably won't be rented all the time, and you can probably only deduct things when they're rented, etc.)

Don't be persuaded by her superstitious beliefs. 

If you fit within the religious guidelines it is fantastic.  

Clearly, your assumptions are belief systems.

Also, this is probably against popular traditional beliefs, but when two high-income earners get legally married, they automatically start paying more in taxes....simply for having that legally married status.http://marriagetaxcalculator.com/
