Two observations:1) No one likes to download strange apps on their phones due to malware concerns2) Check out the syndication: if they aren't on Zillow & Hotpads, they aren't getting enough eyeballs.

Those are my observations in the short time that I have been a BP member.

In Europe, where 440 million people live and travel, it's illegal to install or operate audio or video surveillance devices when hosting your own dwelling or observing the public (YOU).

Is there a program or software that allows you to easily observe all the properties in your portfolio, as well as their details?

Short sales is the niche I'm mentor is already working.I've seen BP as well as books that state its best to know my exit strategy before entering into a deal which the main reason why I will be learning while observing 1st SS, and executing leg work my 2nd.

There is a lot of corporate maintenance, accounting, etc. and rules that must be observed to maintain the integrity of an LLC, but they are simple once you've learned them.As in Texas, Utah also benefits from Series, LLCs which allowed risk stemming from properties to be isolated to each respective property, so that a tenant in one property may not sue for the assets of the entire portfolio, but only for that single property in which they were injured. 

It also allows me to observe how they approach the unit, which will give clues to me as to what features are important to them and how they might treat the unit. 

The maintenance charges sometimes have no meaningful description, and I observed on my own that I hadn't gotten a Section 8 payment on Nov 1.
