Insurance funds went toward floor, cabinets, counter tops (because the cabs were messed up and had to be ripped out, the counters cracked), some baseboard, some painting.

The units could use flooring, countertop, and paint updating, but it isn't necessarily needed.  

Cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs molding, tile, carpet... the list goes on and on.

Laminate counter tops as well and some cheaper stick-on tile backspace to make the kitchen attractive.Walls:All the walls are plaster, which a good amount of places still have in the market since most homes/apartments are 100 years old.

Plan is adding paint, crown, refinishing the hardwood floors, granite tile counter tops, and appliances.

Anyways, to make it short, I don't think I will be able to finish in those 5 months and according to my calculations to get this house in a decent condition I will need to spend another 35k ( cabinets, floors, appliances, doors, trims, light fixtures, driveway, siding, drywall, granite countertop) even after that and after seeing how the market is behaving I think I could sell this house for 420000 max, not the 460k I was told.

A little bit of the sheet rock has been dinged into.The next thing were going to do is take out the countertops and replace it with granite.
