Hello Everyone,

I am getting ready to purchase cabinets. What would be good brand for rental property? Thanks for help.

@Vonnie Bradley I've been using Ikea for about 5 years almost exclusively.  I've done a few with some semi custom shops around me but I ended up switching back to Ikea because of price and ease of install and design.  I'm having countertops installed today ina. Kitchen we finished Framimg last Saturday afternoon.  Saturday night I took the measurements went to Ikea and put the cabinets in my minivan.  Monday afternoon they were in place for granite template.  I'm shooting to have this place ready for rent next week.  Most of my 10x10 kitchens coat about $2000 and we use the higher priced doors and lots of drawers almost no doors on the lowers.

I think you could get by with plain white cabs for a 10x10 for $900.

Here is a photo before the granite went in.

Good luck and let us know what you do, how much you spend and what it looks like
