Right on with regards to fishing! 

Lots of other fish in the sea IMO.

Think of marketing your property like fishing.

If it abuts the land you personally own, you cannot use it, farm on it, or make any other kind of personal use (hunting, fishing, etc).

In the large brokerages you will be a small fish in a very big tank.

Go to a board meeting and swap a few fishing/hunting/sports stories with them.

Still other investors want to buy themselves time to Big Game Fish off of Cabo, and nothing wrong with that either.But for me, the biggest advantage to having a Property Manager are the deals they bring to me.

@Joseph Accetturo   no dog in this hunt... and agreed stricktly speaking most banks will not lend to a Corp ... they will lend to corp with PG  or LLC with PG  at least every loan I have gotten for the last 30 years went this way.. not a big enough fish to get loans without PG.But its tax season what are you doing on BP  ?
