I am just thinking out of the box on this one, but if you really want to accommodate this renter then have you considered a composting toilet?

I pushed to squeeze in 3 bedrooms since it can accommodate a 2 kid family or a couple who can use the 3rd bedroom as an office.

Since the client is what drives the business, it is the agents job to accommodate the client's schedule, not the other way around.BUTI also get to pick who my clients are, and what priority I schedule showings with them.

So I'm sure we have zoning accommodations for these ventures.

She would be inconvenienced and probably not compelled to accommodate the showings.

Being able to accommodate your bigger groups and help those guests find properties in the same community is a HUGE plus, whether you are self-managing or have a property management company handling your assets. 

These days there is always a flood of applicants for any decent accommodations. 

On that, be careful that you don't invest in a market that is hot right now but is about to soften.While my PM did generously cut me some slack on the re-leasing fees more than once, even that accommodation did not salvage the situation into a positive ROI.My primary takeaway is to make sure you prepare financially for the worst-case-scenario and only cherry-pick deals that have the biggest margins.Another takeaway for me would be to perhaps consider blending financed deals and cash deals.

The park sure will not accommodate all these people even with all of the campgrounds inside the park.
