If we had a post of the day that would be it.I will add to that....find 20 people who say they  will invest with you..not hard money lenders..but as a co-member  in an LLC with you..it will need some book keeping $$ and a yearly tax return as well as statments, and etc...$ you or you partner will have to pay that until the deal comes in as profits.

The reason I’m asking is because I’m talking about doing a partnership with a co worker and he seems awfully concerned about what the county appraised a property at, yet I hadn’t put too much thought into it when I bought my house hack.
