You will start to see who can make a decision and who continues to have overpriced inventory.If the deal is a great one and all you have to do is put up with bad behavior just remember it could be worse.I bought my first REO in 1984.

We are just a little disappointed because the Listing Agent proudly displays all of the various accreditations, and this is a big name brokerage.Also, since the trust is broken with the sellers and Listing Agent, do we need to amend the sales contract and line item all major appliances, light fixtures, etc..This is in The Woodlands, Texas…Thanks,Matt

Then again, you'll see the word "estimate" in there - meaning it's the software's best guess based on what it was programmed to figure out and how it was programmed to figure it.Both Zillow and Redfin will, however, accurately display public record info where it's available and you as the investor must assess that information make your own determinations.That's not always easy because we have out there what are known as "non disclosure" states where the actual sales closing numbers are not publicly available.
