WIth 100K cash and 6 months to focus on success, what aspect of real estate would you choose to concentrate on and what would be your game plan for building wealth?

Hell, there is this burgeoning website, census.gov, which provides essentially any element of demographic data one could ever imagine down to census tract block groups (which, in cities, is a very small, concentrated area). 

Aly NA   any thought to just selling Trenton and concentrating were your doing well ?

But they are now over extended & want to walk away to concentrate on other properties.However, this one has legs & needs more investigation as a well respected local RE CPA I also referred it to had this to say

You have to check the installation manual for the furnace for this; there is a limit to how many elbows and how long of a pipe you can use.Some manufacturers have an outside vent cap (example:http://www.myhvacparts.com/store/media/products/ba... ) that has sort of a coarse screen or some bars over the pipe opening, but not so fine that they're likely to freeze.There is another style, called a "concentric vent", that has one pipe running inside the other, so you only need one hole in the wall. 

Just depends where you want to concentrate around.

I plan to concentrate on lease options, subject to's and wholesale deals.

Set your goals and then look for specific areas of concentration unless you are seeking a degree for other reasons.

Concentrate on paying down/off your credit debt.
