This isn't a tenant I would approve#2 - Income is excellent, his credit score is 550 and hers is 520, they do not have any collections on their credit however they just finalized a bankruptcy in September of 2014.

Hello, this house have been vacant for a long time so I decided to search the owner and give her a call she said that she had bankruptcy and don't know nothing about the property for many years, and said that Wells Fargo are The lender, in the property appraiser it shows that she still the owner, Can I buy it from her ?

Do you or does anyone who would be living at the property or visiting the property have any bankruptcies in the last 7 years(If I get a yes, or any sort of slightly vague answer to questions 4-8 I will not even invite them to see the property, period) I also make sure that numbers 4-8 are in the ad explicitly stating that they need not apply if they have any of these circumstances.
