The only way I am able to make this happen is because I was able to use my parents as a co signer, I only have a part time job and in college so getting approved for a loan wouldn't be really possible.

Normally you would use a co-signer when the person qualifies but for some reason to make you nervous, like new in town, no rental history, etc.
