Real estate attorney in Medina county, Ohio to discuss land trust

My mother is a co-trustee of a land trust from their deceased parents where she, her sister and one brother want to sell the land to receive their share. The other 2 brothers, which one is the other co-trustee do not want to sell.  Need an real estate attorney in Medina county Ohio to get some advice.
