Wood meaning butcher block? 

I will just butcher it.. but I can tell you it led me to one deal last year that no one was tracking and we will make well over 200k on that one deal.. so worth the few bucks a month in my mind.. its way more than just address's

Absolutely butchered by the looks of it.

Threw a butcher block countertop above them and installed wall cabinets above that in place of the missing linen closet.

Most wholesalers right off the bat don't get the rehab estimates correct because they are new to the business and if they don't have any construction knowledge, usually butcher this part tremendously...

Anyone use Butchers Block Countertops in your Rentals?

Most recently I have tried butcher block counter tops in my studios in Oakland with white shaker cabinets. 

Yes I broke about every rule possible on this one including paying to much.No I have bought all the materials which honestly some of it now has to be bought over again because he butchered it up and it looks like crap.

He butchered my kitchen, would not give me my money back so we sued him.

For most of us who has been around and invested for decades....we don't count on appreciation EVER and a larger percentage of investors who do will be slaughtered just as Aaron once butchered his pig out back of the shed.
