Of course, I'm partial because that's my area (Cypress, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Atascocita/Humble), but in all honesty Spring has everything an investor needs from SFR, Mulifamily (duplex to 5 or more units) to Commercial (Community Centers to Office), etc.

Since Oct 2015 there have been 130 homes that have rented for 2500 or more within MLS area 10,12,13,14 which covers spring and also some parts of The Woodlands, cypress, and humble.I did some quick math- I'm interested to know how you come up with 15k in profit...I think there is a little more room in that deal, closer to 20 or so.

I have friends that had their generators stolen and replaced with running lawn mowers in the woodlands just after Ike, and they were home at the time lol.As for the neighborhood in question, there aren't any bars on Windows in the neighborhood and most of the AC units appear to be behind the fences.
