First time investor who just recently put in an offer and got accepted for my first rental property! Looking for a experienced, highly recommended inspector to come take a look at the house in Tomball, TX. The property is low income housing with vinyl siding, pier and beam foundation, built in 2004. Thanks in advance for the any advice or recommendations!
