Hi @Summer Ramos - there is actually a new group forming called WiiRE which stands for "Women Investing In Real Estate" that meets on the third Friday of every month in SLO.

Try to foster relationships with veteran associations, battered women groups, etc..

., folks who say they have no pets but post pictures of pitbulls chained up in the back yard and comments that puppies are available for only $600 a pup and, sadly, women who post pictures of themselves that appear to imply they charge by the hour).

I am quite sexist about it, but women who start to show me contempt after they see me get my hands or clothes dirty fixing something in their house...there are quite a few of those ladies out there, sad to say.
