-the attorneys quoting you $3k are NOT eviction attorneys and are basically charging you as they learn.Move forward with the eviction unless the tenant improves their attitude.

I don't charge for anything under though especially if the guest was easy overall.

Just remember that $70 is the gross number they charge , they have to buy supplies , insurance , tools , vehicle , gas , workmans comp etc .
