Like a fountain and Bates area or the area north of downtown along broadway.. ????

Southside and Fountain Hill have some decent ones.  

I think they also work with Morris or Morris sells their product.looks like low end duplex's which in many instances are paper tigers.. so caution on going for paper proforma's on C or D class duplex's.. their website says they have one close to fountain square if its in the right spot that would be worth looking at..

I've heard Fountain Square, Bates-Hendrix, and Meridian Kessler are good neighborhoods.

I wanted to share the results of our latest flip in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix.  

I will take a long term view and I will compare San Diego, America's Finest City with Kansas City, the City of Fountains.

Most of these are near Fountain and I am looking to move them for 5k to 15k.  

My wife and I live in Fountain Inn, SC so we're practically neighbors.

We have to be on the West side of town for then next couple of years due to my daughter's school (located on Westheimer and Fountain View).I can find deals for other people left and right, but when it comes to buying MY own house - I let my judgement get clouded with emotions and sentimental stuff.
