They went from losing money to six figures net profits a single month the owner attributes a lot of that to me I don’t get over here very much anymore anymore I’m not real estate except owning my own house oh yeah maybe I should tell that story one day I sold three houses since any of the post that were down here one of them cleared about 500 grand.

Obviously, lowering the fee and raising the rate is an option but that feels a little bit like spinning my wheels.At some point, if I'm dropping my rates far enough to compensate for a high cleaning fee, we get into the conversation of "is it even worth it to rent it at this rate and risk property damage, 4 star review, etc".Our logic is make the property stand out and the cleaning fee is not an issue.

I don't think it exist yet.If that is the case, can we do our homework by providing the comps with similar attributes (ADU, JADUs, etc) when requesting the appraisal?
