Appraising ADU’s in California

Hello BP I wanted to ask if anyone has had any experience with what meathod appraiser's use after building an ADU? I currently am completing a garage conversion and another Junior ADU that will add 1278 sqft between the two units. The current house if 1800 sqft and is going for approximately $500 per square foot. I know that the house will cash flow but am curious what to expect from the appraiser on how he thinks about the new units and how much equity it will add?
