Covers the building, $1M/$2M commercial general liability and loss of income.It does not have some of the bells and whistles that an STR specialty policy like Proper has, like coverage for liquor and off-premise liability. 

Compared to the 180+98 hours of training for licensing and first renewal of RE License in Texas.

But, if they don't have some sort of formal training/experience within the industry hiring them is a terrible idea (from what I've heard).Just to put this into perspective, all of our bookkeepers are U.S.

The only multiday event I've attended was Sumrok;s and I thought the basic training was super valuable and helpful and very very cost effective. 

I also read daily and attend RE investor training courses regularly.
