Right now I have my VA calling on Craigslist ads, I'm putting window stickers on peoples cars with my phone number that say we buy houses-ish, some mailers about 200/week not earth shaking, needle moving....lol

No matter which way you shake it, I think more often then not, investors are going to be at 90% of value no matter how or what process they used to acquire the home.
