Depends on what your are talking about.My commercial real estate business has never been better.4 years ago markets were just starting to bust from the boom and everyone was waiting for the carnage and bottoming out before making any moves.I am glad I didn't buy anything during that time and I am not saddled by a very high debt service to rent collected and acquisition price.As far as the economy.
