Looks like they don't want to send the release of earnest money form and instead trying to get some reimbursement for inspection, appraisal etc.My question is can I relist my property since they sent me the termination?

Allowing someone to assume the VA loan may impact the service member's ability to secure a new VA loan until the assumed loan is paid off or released through refinancing.

In other words, the bank has the right to demand full payment of the note if the property is transferred without the bank’s permission (this does not include a traditional closing where the bank is paid off and the lien released at closing).

When it comes time to sell one of the three though, in my experience, I would need a "partial release of lien" if I still have a mortgage.   

If more retailers vacate their space than those properties are at risk of losing tremendous value as it will be difficult to re-lease to a tenant that is not impacted by California's high costs to do business. 

Another example; a note is going to be paid off, the title co needs every note holders signature on release of lien, again incapacitated investor.  

So, that being said, there has to be some process that can be worked thru to release the property for sale.

- Are you looking to do a partial lien release without losing your incredible interest rate so that you can sell off a couple of the future townhomes and hold onto a couple?

I'm remodeling in phases, so two tenants got 30 days, two (including tenant referenced above) got 90 days, and 1 got a re-lease offer.  

Can you release the ban?
